Office Administrator - Full-Time Permanent
We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to provide a high level of admin support to Highspot and three other communication and consulting companies in our office at Avenue Road and Bloor.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping and banking
- Interact with retail vendors to set up accounts on behalf of clients
- Handle emails, phone calls, paperwork, and mail
- Manage schedules and make travel arrangements
- Represent companies to contractors, vendors, and clients
- Work closely with owners and their teams to ensure smooth process flow
- Maintain a positive, professional and highly efficient work environment
- $32,000 to $36,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- A 35 hr/week work schedule
